  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and may vary due to weather conditions carrier delays or other unforeseen factors.

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all orders within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • No additional handling or hidden fees apply.

4. Payment Methods

At Tylox we provide secure and convenient payment options for all US customers:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • PayPal
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available in most regions within the United States

A Tylox representative may contact you by phone to confirm your order before dispatch.
Payment for COD orders must be made in cash directly to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.

All transactions are processed securely. Tylox does not store your full payment card details.

5. Order Tracking

  • We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Once shipped your tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor your package in real time.
  • All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.

6. Delivery Problems

If you experience an issue with your delivery:

  • Wrong or Damaged Items: Must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
  • Missing Packages: Contact us if your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping date.

  • You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement.
