1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return your item must be:
- Unused, unworn and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags and materials included.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect or wear and tear after delivery.
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
- Personalized, customized or special order products.
- Intimate or sanitary items (for health and hygiene reasons).
2. The Return Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization
Once we receive your request we will provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our support team.
You will receive a confirmation once your return has been received and inspected.
3. Refunds (Including Cash on Delivery)
Once your returned item is inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved your refund will be processed promptly.
A) Standard Refunds (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc.)
Refunds for online payments are processed back to your original method of payment.
Depending on your card issuer or bank, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
B) Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds for COD orders are not issued in cash.
You may choose from the following options:
- Store Credit: Receive a credit voucher for the full refund amount the fastest option for future purchases on our website.
- Bank Transfer: Receive a refund via direct bank transfer. You will be asked to provide your Account Holder Name, Account Number and Routing Number. Bank transfers may take slightly longer to process.
4. Return Window
All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
Once approved you will receive a prepaid return shipping label by email for easy return shipping.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you wish to exchange an item for the same product please contact us using the details above.
6. Return Shipping Costs & Lost Packages
- Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.
- All return shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.
If your package is lost or damaged while being returned our team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
